Notion Content System

A Notion workspace that holds ideas, content, clients and deadlines in one place.

Client: Creative entrepreneur
Services: Notion build, Content calendar, Client dashboard, Handover walkthrough

The challenge

Ideas were spread across notes apps, DMs and screenshots.

One workspace with an idea inbox, a content calendar, client pages and a simple weekly view — plus a short walkthrough so it actually gets used.

Planning moved from scattered notes to a fifteen-minute weekly routine.
